Victoria Park is a quaint, leafy, quirky spot tucked away in the CBD's shadow on the other side of the Swan River. The Town is centred around the vibrant and bustling Albany Highway, which is famed for its culinary smorgasbord.
Representing nearly every country under the sun, you can find all your favourite even exotic cuisines and more. Whether you're after a rich, smooth or exotic coffee buzz in a funky place-to-be-seen, some home-made delicacies, or a more formal romantic dining experience, there is something to tantalise your taste buds and delight the senses.
This newly built 2 bedroom and 2 bathroom apartment is equipped with one queen sized bed, 2 single beds and also an airbed if needed. Its equipped with aircon, netflix and wi-fi. It is also just a walk away from Victoria Park's bustling strip and just a short 5 minute drive to Perth's largest entertainment complex, Crown Perth. Where you can discover WA's finest bars, casino, restaurants and other nightlife.
We have tried to provide everything we thought you needed to make your stay as comfortable as possible. Please feel free to use the bed linen, fresh towels and bathroom supplies that you find within the house.
The kitchen is fully stocked with the basic amenities you would need to do some cooking. Table ware, glass ware, silver ware and utensils can all be found in the cupboards. Coffee, tea, sugar etc. are provided for your enjoyment.
There is also a private courtyard where you can relax and enjoy leisurely activities.
If there is anything you may need please let us know prior to your arrival and if possible we will do our best to accommodate these requests.

We love to meet all our guests personally as this allows us to answer any questions you may have. We want to make this a seamless experience for guests and will do our best to accommodate your needs whenever possible.
But for those who arrive late at night, we also have a self automated check - in so you'll always be able to check in at anytime.

The Washing Machine & Dryers are located in a common area to save power,
each unit is also equipped with it's own drying lines.
Airbed, Cot and High Chair available at request, great for families travelling with kids.
NO PARTIES. NO SMOKING. Please note this a no events, no party kind of house. We kindly ask you respect everyone within the complex as the majority of the homes are owner occupied. We want everyone to be able to enjoy their space free from loud disturbances.
We also maintain a non smoking, drug free home for your safety and the safety of our awesome neighbours.
Smoking is permissible in the courtyard in which an ashtray has been provided.
We hope you love the apartment as much as we do and ask you take care of the space as if it were your own. A lot of care and effort has been put into our little home for you and future guests to enjoy!
