Occupying the whole top floor of this quality apartment building, KIRRABREAK is spacious, private, north facing, and perfectly positioned across the road from the patrolled area of Kirra Beach and the world-famous "Kirra Point" and Kirra Surf Club.

The apartment boasts three bedrooms and two modern bathrooms offering comfortable accommodation for up to 8 people.

Apartment facilities include a fully equipped gourmet kitchen, a modern Entertainment System incuding high definition LCD television, DVD player and radio/sound system. Also included in a fully equipped laundry and an extensive outdoor entertaining area.

The building has security intercom access. Secure lockup parking is available in the building at no extra cost.

Kirrabreak is in a low-rise building - access is via stairs (no lift).

A standout feature of KIRRABREAK is it's enormous outdoor entertaining patio. Occupying half the top floor, the patio offers space to enjoy the outdoors in private.
