The Neapolitan architect Vittorio de Feo built this Villa for his family and friends in 1968, following the typical architecture of the island. The house has two levels of living space, a garden, and two terraces. The house measures only 60 square meters indoors, and its design was formally inspired by the interiors of the boats.
The first floor has a living room, a kitchen and a double bedroom; the ground level has 2 bathrooms and 4 bedrooms -one with a bunk bed, two with single bed, one with a double bed not present in the photos- simply furnished.
An external stair leads to the garden and to the charming panoramic terrace.

The island of Procida is small (about 4 square kilometers) and the beaches are all quite close but the nearest (10 minutes walking from the house) is the Chiaia, where you can also rent a beach umbrella with a beach chair and have a delicious lunch or dinner at the famous fish restaurant La Conchiglia.
The Villa is surrounded by the country and integrated into the town. It's perfect for a relaxing holiday enjoying the sunsets on the island or a dinner under the stars, thanks to the wide open spaces and the charming terrace
