I'm a taxi driver in this amazing, vibrant little city of Brighton.
I love what I do - I love meeting people, chatting to them, and getting to know them, and my job enables me to keep a finger on the pulse of this buzzing city, it's people, and the countless visitors.
People say that I go the extra mile - I like to believe that's true, because I love being of assistance to others.
A significant number of the people I've met, hosted, and transported (including some high profile people), choose to keep in contact with me - I find that great, and it's testament to what I'm about - making a difference (however small it might be).
I also love travelling! Although I'm not too fond of hotels - mostly, they lack the personal touch - the individuals who are able to make a trip memorable!
Above all else, I love family and friends - to me, they are what life is about.
So, while recently renovating this property, I thought about creating a place where I could combine some of my favourite things. A place with enough room to accommodate larger groups of family and friends, allowing them to experience my favourite city together with each other, and where I could be in the background, adding my personal touch to make their trip truly memorable.
Of course, besides friends and family quality time, people also often come to Brighton to celebrate with each other - students, bachelors, hens... I've had the pleasure of meeting a vibrant potpourri of travelling groups.
I've also seen that occasionally, with larger groups, unforeseen things may happen (despite best intentions). I'd like to think that I've created a place where people can relax, enjoy each others' company, and let their hair down a little, knowing that if needed, I'm just a phone call away, ready to assist, or take care of their needs, as best I can.
