Accès des voyageurs
You'll access the studio apartment through its own private entrance at the back of our home. Prior to arrival you'll receive a code for the Smartlock keypad. No keys required! Parking is also available upon request.
Échanges avec les voyageurs
We live in the home above the studio and will be available for questions about restaurants, directions, etc., but won't intrude.
The apartment is located just above our kitchen, so you may periodically hear voices and footsteps.
You'll be in a quiet, residential neighborhood, so we just ask all guests to be considerate of that and of our neighbors. Thanks!
No parties/gatherings in the apartment or the backyard
Originally from the lovely Midwest US and upstate NY, my husband and I have called Washington, DC our home for 15 years. We love the city, and are now enjoying it as parents! We've also had the opportunity to travel all over the world, for work and fun, and appreciate the importance of having a relaxing, comfortable space to rest in between sightseeing (or meetings!), etc. We look forward to welcoming you!
