My style is very eclectic, I love to mix Vintage and new pieces together. Each item in the apartment has been either found by me or in some cases made by me.
The apartment is on the 4th floor and is accessed via a lift. There is 24 hour security on site.
It has been fully renovated with new carpets , bathroom flooring , new and retro furniture and upgraded the kitchen.
The 4 burner Broil King BBQ is brand new and for those not used to gas BBQ we have some cook books to give you some ideas. We have a dining table on the deck as well as comfortable outdoor lounge furniture and a large sun canopy.
The apartment is just far enough away from bars and restaurants to guarantee a peaceful stay for you. Having said that, the nightlife is only a short walk away.

There is secure onsite parking with the apartment at a cost of $25 if available at time of booking , this gives access to our personal internal car park space where you can come and go freely. Casual parking on the wharf is very expensive at $6 for half an hour.
Access to the apartment is via a lift , a swipe is needed to access both the building and the floor you will be staying in. The area is safe and secure.

We are available by phone and text. For urgent needs we can usually get to the apartment in under half an hour. We are more than happy to help you out with local knowledge to help you maximise your stay in Auckland. We have been hosting on Airbnb for since 2015 and also use Airbnb extensively when travelling.
Princes Wharf has a no noise policy after 11pm, this is monitored by the security staff. If any of the neighbours are bothering you after this time, please call security, they will deal with it immediately.

Smoke only out on the balcony and close ranch sliders. Please empty and wash ashtrays on vacating.
Help yourself to pretty much any of the food in the kitchen or items in the bathroom that are on view
If anything gets damaged, PLEASE let us know immediately even if it is only a cup broken or something. Its not a biggie but we would like to know.
Please can you ensure you take the rubbish down to the rubbish room on level 3 when leaving as we are not always able to come in straight away to empty it. Please switch off all electrical sockets when you leave with the exception of the modem.
The vacuum cleaner is kept in the wardrobe.
On your departure, please ensure that you lock the front door as you leave and also please close and lock the ranch sliders.
Should you need to store luggage before or after your stay, the nearest place is at the ferry terminal which you s a very short walk away. Go to the Harbour Information stand and they will store bags for $5 a day per bag. They are open 9am to 4.45pm.
If you lose the key there is a $100 replacement fee due to cost of a further swipe card and the keys are from a specific key cutting service. Lost parking passes incur a $75 charge as Wilson charge to courier a new one.
Please do not move our belongings and furniture around the apartment. Leave as found thank you
No Excess people above the agreed number
No Undue nuisance or noise to neighbours or the local community.
No Use of illegal substances or conduct of illegal activities at the property.
No Moving or re-arranging furniture
No Booking on behalf of another person without intending to be at the property during the stay, please inform us if this is for a friend or relative.
No Bringing a pet onsite when unauthorised.
Turn off all lights sockets and lock door on leaving . The key can be left in the apartment. Plesse empty the ashtray if used and take all rubbish to the refuse room on level 3 when vacating. No smoking inside please close all doors and windows when smoking on the deck . No noise is allowed that can disturb neighbours conversely if any apartment is disturbing your peace you can ask security to deal with this. The building has a strict no noise after 11.00 pm policy
Please let us know straight away re any damage or if any of the essential supplies are getting low.
