I'm really sorry that you feel that you encountered some issues when staying with us. I hope that I can address them here and somewhat correct your statements.
Firstly, regarding the 'mould' smell. I cannot accept this to be true - perhaps your sense of smell was distracted by something else but I can assure you that no other guests, Airbnb or personal, or ourselves have ever noticed a smell. We stay very on top of cleaning throughout the house, including dishes. If you had raised this with us whilst you were here, we may have been able to rectify it there and then; as it stands, I cannot accept this to be true.
With regards to the check-out miscommunication - that was an error on Jazz's part and was subsequently solved very simply. Again, we have had no issues regarding check-out with any other guests, and as you seemed happy enough after the resolution I cannot accept that this needed to form a part of your public review.
Finally, regarding check-in. You communicated that you would be a little later than planned (11pm) but you at no point did you explain that it would be as late as 1am. Both myself and Jazz work as well, and this issue and the communication was handled appallingly by yourself.
I appreciate you had a very busy trip planned, and you were welcomed to use our facilities as any other guest is. We strive to achieve strong standards throughout, and I must reiterate that no guest has ever mentioned the things that you have.
