Enjoy ocean breezes all day long in this comfortable 1 bedroom 1 bath unit that offers the best for a well deserved tropical getaway. King sized bed in the master room, with sofa sleeper in the living room. Update kitchen with granite counter tops and all new appliances. 2 TV's, tiled floors, well maintained and has a fully stocked kitchen including a washer and dryer.

Sea Village complex features an absolute ocean front pool and spa, four ocean front gas barbecues each with dedicated picnic tables with incredible views of Kailua Kona! Enjoy a short walk to Honl Beach along the way downtown or continue on for dining and shopping. Enjoy a fresh smoothie or Kona Coffee at the Green Flash Café right on site. Your condo is just a short distance from Magic Sands Beach a local body surfing favorite and Kahalu’u Beach Park known for sea turtle viewing and snorkeling.

There is a 3 night minimum stay/10 during Ironman & Christmas.This is a non-smoking, no pets property.

9/4 to 9/11: Pre-construction staging/Minor Disruption
9/11 to 9/25: Main Construction Period, Install Ramp to Pool/No use of Pool, Courtyard or Barbeques. Significant Noise and Disruption
Half-day during Main Constructions Period (9/11 to 9/25 - actual date TBD): Building 1 Sewer Pipe Replacement/Significant Disruption but likely short-term. Water and sewer for Building 1 will be shut down during pipe replacement.
During Main Construction Period (9/11 to 9/25 - actual date TBD): Replacement of Other Sewer Pipes (not anticipated but may be needed)/Significant Disruption. Water an Sewer to affected building(s) will be shut down during pipe replacement. Duration TBD.
9/21 to 9/25: Repair an resealing or parking areas./Significant Disruption - No Parking Onsite; Access to units will be affected.

Our office is open 7 days a week and you have free access to Kona Concierge as part of your reservation. Traditionally, there is no interaction unless you request it or have an issue and Kona Coast Vacations (on island company) is only a phone call away.
