Stunning Lakefront Estate with incredible view of Lake Lanier. Located in Northeast of Forsyth County, Gainesville GA. right off of Browns Bridge Road and Beaver Trail.
EXTRA LARGE BEDROOM, This bedroom provides up to 5 people to stay in. 2 Queen beds and 1 California Twin bed. With dresser drawers to make you comfortable, feeling like your home away from home.
Washer and Dryer are provided for guest.
YOU HAVE ACCESS TO: 2 Decks, 2 Verandas, Elevator, Hot Tub, Boat Dock, Theater Room, Game Room, Great Living Room, 2 Sitting Rooms, Kitchen, and Laundry.
We are more than happy to assist you with operating any of the appliances, electronics or any other amenities while you stay with us. Please ask, we are here to help you.
We have plenty of parking at both down the hill by Retreat Entrance door and up the hill by the driveway.
Lake Lanier Corporate Retreat is right on the water of Lake Lanier, Forsyth County. We are around the corner from Browns Bridge in a nice quiet cove. You have access to many gas stations, grocery stores, and department stores and restaurants in our area. Also 4 to 5 restaurants on the lake. Port Royale Marina is the closest Marina on land to rent ski boats, pontoons, jet ski's, if interested go to Port Royale. You will find a range of prices. Port Royale is right across the street from our Retreat.
We do not provide shuttle service, however we can assist you in providing phone numbers for taxi services or rental services if needed in our area.
We do have parking on our property. Arrangements can be made for nearby overflow parking if needed.

We are a Wheelchair Assisted location, we have an elevator to be able to go to each floor.
We provide a Keurig Coffee Maker
Must bring your own food...We do not provide food, drinks, coffee, condiments for our Guest unless we are catering an Event and it is paid for up front.
We provide shampoo, hairdryer,1 towel, 1 hand towel and 1 wash towel per person per room. **May be a good idea to bring extra towels and beach towels** since we have a hot tub and we are on the lake. 2 paddle boards, 1 kayak, 1 canoe, paddles for kayak, canoe, and paddle boards for your enjoyment on the lake.
**CHILDREN MUST BE SUPERVISED BY AN ADULT AT ALL TIMES**
-Our Retreat is on the water. There are areas at our Retreat that children do not have access to: Hot Tub, Elevator, Kitchen, Theater Room, Boat Dock, Outside areas around ALL Decks and ALL Verandas without supervision with an adult.
- All we ask is not to leave wet clothes, or towels on hardwood floors, carpet and furniture.
-Please clean up after yourselves in rooms and outside areas you are using. Do not leave trash on dock, decks, hot tub area. We provide a Trash Bin up at top of hill for your trash bags around house. We ask you not eat in the bedrooms. Their are plenty of areas around the Retreat that you can eat at.
-Check out time is 12:00PM
Only PATRONS at Lake Lanier Retreat may use facility. Day use for ADDITIONAL GUEST will be charged an additional $25 per guest.
**CHILDREN MUST BE SUPERVISED BY AN ADULT AT ALL TIMES. Our Retreat is on the water, their are areas at our retreat that children do not have access to: Hot Tub, Elevator, Kitchen, Theater Room, Boat Dock or outside on any of the Decks or Verandas without supervision with an adult.

**Please clean up after yourselves in rooms and outside areas you are using. Do not leave trash out on dock, decks, hot tub area. We provide Trash Bins at top of hill for you to take your trash bags up.
When using hot tub, when you are done please make sure cover is put back over the hot tub and jets turned off.
When using the Boat Dock, when you are done for the day make sure you secure umbrella's by closing them and securing them with cord provided. Stack up chairs and loungers. Also make sure all loose items are put up and secured. Make sure you put canoe, paddle boards, kayak back and secure them. Please bring up ski jackets and put them in boat room for the night. Make sure all trash is brought up from the dock for the night.
We ask that you do not eat in the bedrooms since their are plenty of other areas to eat.
** We do not provide food, drinks, condiments for our guest unless an event is being catered, **Check Out is 12:00PM, however if you would like to stay during the day of your Check Out you can continue to use amenities at Retreat. Your welcomed to stay until 3:00PM. For our other Guest will be arriving soon for that day of booking.
