Property was built in the 1930's for commercial use. Many years ago it was converted to residential spaces and a haven for artists. This unit is newly renovated it has been reborn as "Lucky #7". Its a comfortable, cozy space (900 sq ft) with a queen bed in main room and a full bed in small bedroom. Great for up to 4 people. It has an industrial, funky, artsy décor themed around Memphis. Simple, with all the amenities you need for a comfortable stay. Guests have full use of courtyard and gazebo.
The parking and entrance is located behind the main address, 669 N 2nd St. via the alley. The space is unit #7 of only 7 apartments in a quite, private, garden type setting. The other permanent tenants are all adult, friendly people and always welcome our Airbnb guests. Recent new updated interior (4/2017) The space has concrete painted floors with rugs. The walls are masonry/stucco. 1950's styled kitchen area.

Guests have access to the lighted courtyard, gazebo and grilling area. Private off street parking is provided and your space is reserved with an orange cone.

I am usually not available to greet you upon arrival. The key is located in a combination lock box at the front door. I will furnish the combination prior to arrival. Just enter and make yourself at home.
