INSIDE THE HOUSE
Pulling into the circular driveway, you’ll find plenty of parking on the drive as well as under the carport. Enter the house through the front door under the carport. Right inside is the laundry room with a side-by-side washer and dryer set.
The home has a beachy, modern flair and new furniture throughout. In the fully-equipped kitchen you’ll find full-size appliances, plenty of counter and cabinet space, and a double sink.
Tile floors feature throughout the main living areas, including the dining room, where your group can gather at the table that seats 6.
Upscale and relaxed, the living room has 2 couches and an armchair, comfy places to sit and watch the 55” flat-screen Vizio TV. Sliding glass doors lead out to the backyard.
With 2 master suites, this home is ideal for a family or several couples traveling together. In the 1st master suite off the dining room, pretty blues and greens outfit the queen-size bed. The room has lovely white furniture, a ceiling fan, and an en suite bath with aqua-colored tile and a walk-in shower.
The 2nd master features sea-inspired bedding on the queen-size bed, white furniture, a walk-in closet, and a sliding glass door leading to the backyard. The en suite bath has a bright turquoise tub/shower combo.
Guests in the 3rd bedroom enjoy a queen-size bed, fun beach decor, a large closet, and a dresser.
As the lightning bugs twinkle in the evening, sit on the covered back patio and sip cocktails. Take advantage of the amazing weather, grilling up steaks on the BBQ and dining al fresco at the 4-person table.
Spend lazy afternoons floating in your private waterfront heated pool and soaking up the Florida sun. When the stars come out, sink into the 6-person hot tub and let the warm water melt your stress away. Before you head into the house, rinse off at the outdoor shower next to the patio.
The home overlooks a wide canal with its own private boat dock, where you can work on your tan and watch the yachts sail by. Rent a boat at the local marina and keep it docked just outside your door!
Pompano Beach is in the heart of Broward County and offers a plethora of dining, shopping, and entertainment. You’re less than 1 mile from the beach with lots of great seaside restaurants and water activities.
When you don’t feel like cooking, walk over to East Atlantic Boulevard to dine at great restaurants like La Veranda (9 minutes on foot) and Checkers Old Munchen (a 10-minute walk).
Throughout the year, the Pompano Beach Amphitheater (a 2-minute drive) hosts various concerts, outdoor movies, plays, and other cultural events for you to enjoy. Just north is the Pompano Community Park (4 minutes’ drive) with picnic areas, volleyball and basketball courts, an aquatic center, and tennis center.
When you want to explore further, you’re just a 10-minute ride to Las Olas to the south or Boca Raton to the north.

Guests must be over the age of 25 and will be an occupant of the unit during the entire reserved period.
*No parties, excessive noise, or any illegal activity shall take place at property.
*No pets are allowed unless otherwise noted for specific properties.
* No smoking is allowed in or around any property.
Cleaning: Each property will be cleaned and inspected after your departure. We ask you to help us enable the cleaning crews as much as possible. Simple things like leaving the property tidy, running the dishwasher, starting to wash the towels, and taking out the trash are expected of our guests.
If excessive wear and tear is found on property, or additional cleaning is necessary due to spills, trash left on site, unclean dishes, stains to furniture, carpeting, linens, paint, wallpaper, or flooring, Guest authorizes the Owner to bill them for additional fees. If at any time the maximum number of occupants is exceeded or if the Owner receives information about excessive noise, Owner has the right to evict Guest and all occupants immediately and to bill the guest a minimum service fee of $250. If any sign of smoking is discovered Guest authorizes the Owner to charge the guest a minimum $500 cleaning fee. Unless the rental policy specifically allows, if any sign of any pet is discovered Guest authorizes Owner to charge the guest an additional minimum $500 cleaning fee.
Properties are fully furnished properties that will include bedspreads, linens, blankets, pillows, towels, a fully equipped kitchen, TV, furnishings unless otherwise specified.
Travel Insurance is highly recommended for any stay.
