Hi Sandesh, With all due respect, I highly doubt ‘the thick layer of dust’ you claim to be seen is true and it seems to be a pure form of exaggeration. To my understanding, all the rooms were booked and what we provided you with was a private suite of two bedrooms for 6014 rupees, the rest was availed to Airbnb charges and this suite is exclusively used by the property owner, hence the picture you have seen on our website doesn't match with the rooms acquired by you. The green-blue liquid is mandatory to keep your commode clean and even the predicament you found regarding the a/c was fixed and the staffs are also well trained and have quite an experience in dealing with various customers. Ergo, we would not like to fake it since we have been carry on this business for the last two years. However, we take full responsibility regarding the jet spay and agree that it was not up to our standard performance. We could have sorted this out immediately and provided you with the amenities you think it lacked if you contacted us directly during your one day stay which you didn’t, neither did you express your trouble to the staff on duty while checking out. These were the answers you ticked when a questionnaire had been provided during your check out to convey us your experience, we can also back it up with the actual pictures. 1.
