This property was everything I hoped it would be plus so much more. I have always been a bit nervous about using AirBnB particularly for cleanliness sake. Chris's property eased all of those concerns. It was nice, clean, safe, and modern. The best part was that it was close enough to the action to walk but far enough not to hear all the noise. Loved it. If I'm ever in New Orleans again which is often, I'll be checking in with Chris!

This unit is in an absolutely great location. It is only a few blocks from the French Quarter, as well as walking distance to the Central Business District. Both are extremely desirable locations with lots of restaurants, bars, and sights to see. Even when we had to Uber somewhere, we paid 10 dollars at most one way. Christopher was extremely helpful and very communicative. He was in touch with me before, during, and after my stay. The check in process was extremely easy, I just spoke to the doorman and picked up my keys. Christopher had extra towels dropped off during the stay as well. My flight landed earlier than check in time as well, and he allowed me to check in early. The unit is beautiful, and we used the kitchen once and everything is provided for you. There isn't much of a gym, but there are a few dumbbells and a pool. The treadmill sticks so I wasn't able to use it. The shower is a bit strange, as it doesn't close all the way, but this is a minor issue. There were also not a lot of hangers, so make sure to bring your own.

Great place to stay to soak in the city. Easy walking distance to the French Quarter. But also right by the trolley car lines that will take you around the city. We had a great time and loved the place. It has all the conveniences of a home.

Great place centrally located you can walk to most attractions and public transportation is easily accessible. If you are arriving via car there is no parking on site. Most parking is $20-$30 for 24hr parking. I did find a parking garage for $15 per 24 hrs at 930 Gravier St, New Orleans, within 2 blocks. Enjoy New Orleans

We had a wonderful stay at Christopher's place. It was very close to Bourbon Street, within walking distance, and other wonderful restaurants. The check-in was smooth and we had a excellent communication with Christopher and his staff. We would return again in the future !

Chris was an amazing host, we surprised him, arriving much earlier than expected and he was more than accommodating. He's friendly and helpful, showing us some of the best places to visit and eat. The apartment is lovely, and located within walking distance to everything - French Quarter/attractions, restaurants, 24-hour corner store. We enjoyed our stay in New Orleans and would definitely recommend here

My husband and I stayed here for a long weekend to see the city. The location was great, close to the French Quarter, but also near Magazine and the St Charles and Canal Streetcars. Very easy to walk or ride to most places we had on our list. The apartment was exactly like the pictures, lots of towels and comfortable bedding. It was quiet at night despite being close to sound lively bars and restaurants nearby. This was a nice place to stay and we would be happy to come back next time we find ourselves in NOLA.

Myself and my staff are extreme foodies, we all like to eat and New Orleans is one our favorite places to do Orientations and Trainings due to this fact.
