The owner lives on the property if you have questions or need anything. She may not be there all the time but you will get her cell phone when you arrive if you have questions. There are a dog and cat that live on the property, so sorry no pets. Neighbor dogs occasionally show up as well.
This property is accessed from a paved road with the last mile being a good gravel road. It is a remote location, but does have wifi and cell phones on Verizon or AT&T work here. There is a land line phone on the owners house for emergencies. The property is 19 miles from the closest grocery store and town (Monticello, UT and Dover Creek, CO), so bring food with you. The grocery store in Monticello is closed on Sunday so either get food enroute or in Dove Creek, if you arrive on a Sunday.

I am recently retired, a quiet and contemplative person who loves the outdoors. Low maintenance but easy to talk to and likeable. Love to hike, listen to music, visit new places, and get to know people.
