Got moved to a different apartment (due to a tax issue?) on the original one.
-Hintown was great sorting this, great communication.
-The new apartment was only 50 metres from the Duomo and everything there which was absolutely amazing.
-Representative was late to show us in as they had forgotten but was friendly and apologetic, process was smooth and painless, not a problem.
-Apartment was mostly clean, very tidy, a good size and well appointed.
-Had a few of issues, one being the Wi-fi didn't work, this was very frustrating while trying to keep in contact with business overseas. One of the light fittings was hanging precariously from the ceiling, the air conditioners all made noises in the night making sleep difficult, both showers had issues with the shower heads and controls and one sink wouldn't drain.
-Only stayed one night so can't comment on the hosts readiness to solve issues but, most are things that wouldn't need to be reported to be noticed.
