This is to document that this Host, Dj, cancelled my booking to airbnb due to the following reasons. I asked how many towels will be provided. She said two only and 2 blankets. I told her i booked 5 guests why only two blankets? She said I can just cancel if I dont want their services. (For the towels, this is indicated on the website that only two will be provided, but blankets were not. So does this mean 5 people will be sharing 5 blankets?) Just for you to be able to let me understand what I am signing for and what I paid for is enough and not threaten me that I can just cancel Or this host said that is she cannot cancel online she wilk just deposit what i paid for. I demand plus damages because of the hassle.
Host, Pls send confirmation if bank deposit to the bank account that you asked me to send to you via text. You should learn more customer service if you want to stay in this business.
