I am British-born, and have been in the US for over 16 years.
I am a musician (classical vocalist), and perform locally, as well as across the US.
I am also a volunteer firefighter, and full-time real estate agent, licensed in MD, VA and DC.
I am married to a wonderful Nepalese Woman, called Shristhi, and we have a handsome 3-year old, called James.
We're new to Airbnb - lived here in this condo, but we had a marital issue, and found that we needed to rent another location ourselves for a short period while working on US.
The reason we have been airbnb-ing, is because my wife and I separated back in 2016. In May, 2017, we thought we might "try again". Airbnb seemed like a good idea so we can work out our relationship in a new location, so we started renting a place, and hosting our condo, with the plan that after our rent expires, we'll either move back into the condo, or sell it. Unfortunately, that didn't work out, so we'll be parting ways again for another trial year apart - and I'll be moving back into the condo with my son, starting November. We have several guest booked until November, so we are honoring their stay, and anyone in between those dates.
Airbnb allowed us to host guests, but also pay our mortgage and condo fee while we were out paying rent and working on our relationship. Thank you to ALL past guests and Airbnb for all their support!
