I'm sorry you feel the need to be unnecessarily vindictive in your review due to the damage claim issue we are discussing. As I said the listing prohibits smoking and I have no other choice but to claim for a cigarette hole in my carpet that appeared together with ash on the table after your stay. I made sure to leave you and your friends a complimentary 6 pack of beer, water, milk, cookies, tea, coffee and crisps on the table as a special welcome. Additionally I had the extra set of covers prepared in the case that you might have additional guests stay over. Thank you for mentioning some valid areas I can improve upon but as anyone can tell from the consistently near perfect rating from each guest in the past for this listing it seems that this review is a little biased. If I was able to post pictures from our discussions on (Hidden by Airbnb) after your checkout it would show your initial takeaway from your stay, and I quote "Hey. Checked out already. Thanks so much for being such a great host. Your place was ethereal (star and sunflower emoji)". I must conclude that you have gone out of your way to criticise the listing in an attempt to circumvent the damages claim and I'm sorry it's come to this. I gave you a fair and generous review based on my experience with you, at least before the nastiness that has arisen due to the fair damages claim.
