The complex is situated in the Western part of Sunny Beach Resort. The development is 5 min away from the beach, short walking distance from the bustling center of the resort and at the same time is close to the Aquapark.
The complex offers to its guests 24h security which will provide additional security and comfort to residing guests. Facilities within the development include 2 swimming pools, children swimming pool area and a summer pool bar.
The apartment comprises of 1 en-suite bedroom with 1 queen size double beds, which has 2-night tables next to the beds, a flat cupboard for additional storage, and a large wardrobe for your personal belongings. The en-suite shower room is equipped with a shower, boiler, accessories and mirrors. For the ease of use, guests can also use additional separate toilet room from the living room area.
The apartment is throughout air-conditioned. The kitchen is equipped with electric 2-ring hob, fridge, regular sink, dishwasher, washing machine, microwave, water kettle, cutlery set, kitchen cooking set, glasses, plates etc. The complex is on self-catering, but guests can still have meals from nearby restaurant 1 min away from the complex.

The cooking in Bulgarian cuisine usually includes roasting, boiling and frying.
This cuisine also is very famous with local first-quality Bulgarian wines. The white wines are characterized by a tingling taste and a delicate aroma. Well-known labels include Misket, Traminer, Dimyat and Riesling. The most popular of red wines include Mavrud, Gamza, Merlot and Cabernet. The salad and rakia (Bulgarian spirit schnapps made from grapes) are the traditional start to the meal.
