Our bungalow is brilliantly located less than a minute's walk from Tallow Beach. It is also set on a very private block of land in a quiet residential street. The village and its amenities is within walking distance, and has public transport to iconic Byron Bay and surrounds. Cycle to Byron on picturesque paths or drive in less than 10 minutes to the CBD. We are business ready and welcome people from all backgrounds who respect us, our neighbours and our beautiful environment!
Location and privacy distinguish our space. It is secure for children and pets. We pride ourselves on our accommodating policy and cleanliness.

Our policy is to assume guest preferences for privacy. We offer specialist books in a small library on Byron's beaches and walks etc, as well as maps to help with planning. If further assistance is required, we are more than happy to help.
The apartment is ideal for two people. It can accommodate up to two extra people using the double sofa bed, one adult very comfortably or two children.
A baby bath is available and we can make arrangements to hire a porta-cot.
We do require an additional payment of $30 per extra guest to cover extra utilities, laundry and cleaning costs. There is no extra charge for infants.

- Pets and dogs are also welcome but must be suitable for the size of the property and not bark incessantly
- Studio is to be vacated in reasonable cleanliness and order
We are semi-retirees who enjoy travel ourselves, both regional and international. Byron has been our home now for seventeen years so we know it very well. As former wwoofer hosts, we know how to make people feel comfortable from all over the world.
