Extremely disappointed with the amenities and conditions of this condo. The place is not equipped for short term rentals. The kitchen had no kitchenware whatsoever. We brought this to Rachel's attention and she did go and buy some aluminium forks and some plastic bowls. The sheets were not changed from the previous guest which was not pleasant and we were displeased about sleeping on used bedding. There is a TV but it does not work. The biggest issue is there is no internet, which is a vital need when travelling. Then, in the middle of our sleep, Rachel came knocking on the door at 4:30am, where we’d set our alarms for 5am. As we had to get ready to head to the airport. We did not ask her to come and wake us earlier than we required. But she said she wanted her keys and kept asking me what time I was leaving. Even though I kept telling her at 5am. We were paid up until 11am. Overall we were very, very dissatisfied. She seemed to be nice beforehand then turned into a capitalist and made us sleep on used sheets which was the worst. I would not recommend her to anyone.

Thank you for the review. First of all, I would like to clarify certain matters here. I will never allow my guest to sleep on USED bedsheets. I have changed BOTH bedsheets, all pillow cases and even fresh clean blankets for John. I guessed that John did not get the message right even though I've clearly told him multiple times that the bedsheets are clean. I even have a proof of conversation with his wife/gf (Natalie) stating that the sheets are clean. I wouldn't want to even sleep on used bedsheets myself, so why would I want to do that to my guests? Goodness John! Next, regarding wifi. In my listing, I've stated clearly that there's NO WIFI. An advise to John, Please check the listing's amenities/services available first if it meet your needs. John's partner even asked where's my STOVE when I don't even have one in my kitchen! And she even told me that there's ONE in my picture listings (which obviously is not my listing. I guessed they are both very confused people) So, please be sure on what amenities that each listing can provide before even booking it. I have even provided extra amenities which was coffee and tea which was not listed. And also provided John with extra international charger cause I understand how it feels to travel without having Sufficent phone battery. Was wondering why didn't John mention this? Anyway, Moving on, the issue of me waking him up at 430am just so I can beat the traffic??? This must be a joke to John. He told me that his flight is at 6am. The night after checking them in, we've came to a verbal mutual agreement that it will be wise to at least reach KLIA2 at 5am, an hour before their flight which is at 6am. So from Cyberjaya to KLIA2, the quickest they could get there is 30 mins. Thus, the mutual agreement of leaving the house at 430am will be good if they don't want to miss their flight in which they agreed. Thus, Before Leaving the house that night, I reiterated to John that we will meet at the lobby at 430am so that they can catch their flight. And John even repeated that we meet at 4.30am at the lobby and not at the unit. I agreed to it. FYI, I did not rush them. They have a flight to catch. Not me. So why would I? Both John and I discussed and came to a mutual agreement but in the end, he turned his facts around. So I am really perplexed and extremely disappointed with John's accusations as such in which it was very much untrue. Not even grateful for the fact that I've waited for almost 3 hours for them to arrive in which before that they said they're on their way, got them what they wanted (dish, cutleries, water) and even international charger. Nevertheless, I hope John and his partner did not miss the flight as they left only at 5.30am.
