AIRBNB does not collect the local 3% Accommodations tax that we must pay the city and county. We will collect it upon arrival unless AIRBNB starts collecting it for us.
Parking is provided for one vehicle in the parking deck across the street. There is limited oversize vehicle parking on the first floor of the deck.
- You must be 25 years of age to book or register in this unit. Government issued photo ID will be required to book instantly. Anyone under the age of 25 must be accompanied by an adult 25 years of age or older and the unit must be registered to that adult.
For your security the building’s doors are locked at all times and it will be necessary for you to use the white pass card key to enter the elevator entrances 24 hours a day. The lobby entrances are always open. If you lose your key, you will need to call us to get you another one. There is a $25 charge for these keys from the HOA so please take good care of them.
You unit is stocked with basic amenities to get you started. If you need any additional items such as toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags, shampoo, etc… please visit one of the nearby grocery or drug stores in the area. The front desk staff members in the lobby work for another rental company and are here to service their rental customers only. The housekeepers you see in the hallways are employees of the onsite rental company as well and can not give you amenities such as towels or sheets. Since you are renting from an off site rental agency you will need to call us if you have a problem with the unit or have any other questions or needs. Linens and towels are available on a daily basis for an additional fee. You should make arrangements for these as early as possible as same day service is not always available. Please take all trash to the trash receptacle located at the rear of the ground level of the parking deck. Do not set trash outside your door as it will leak on the floor resulting in a charge from the HOA to clean the floor. You will be charged if this occurs. Thank you in advance for your cooperation in this matter.
The pools close each night at 11 PM. They open at 9 AM. Quiet hours are from 11 PM until 8 AM. Please abide by these hours and be considerate of your neighbors. If security is called for noise you will be given one warning. If called a second time you will be asked to leave without the possibility of a refund.
If you have any questions while you are here please call us. We want your stay to be fun and carefree. If you have issues with neighbors making noise or smoking and bothering you, call us. We will have them warned and removed from the building if they do not abide by the request. We are available 24 hours a day so do not hesitate to call us with an issue. Please place all used towels in the bathtub before you depart as this helps housekeeping when they come in to clean the unit.
