Very tiny (but cute) micro apartment downtown St. Paul. This apartment is only 275 square feet. Queen bed memory foam platform bed, smart TV, stainless steel appliances, convection oven/microwave (no standard oven--but convection oven can cook small frozen pizzas), wifi, iron/ironing board, hair dryer, great view of city. Extremely quiet apartment building. This is a corner apartment.
Awesome view of downtown St. Paul

Note to drivers: This building does NOT have a dedicated parking garage. You have a couple options: The cheapest ramp--the Lowry Ramp--is literally next door. It's a valet ramp that charges $13 per day. The Victory Ramp (across the street) is self-parking and charges $18 per day.
Street parking is free on Sundays and 10pm-8am every day. If you're on a shoestring, another option is to park for free in a neighborhood outside of downtown and take a bus or lightrail to the apartment.
Laundry facilities are a few doors down the hall. The washers and dryers take credit cards and cost $1.50-1.75. You're more than welcome to use my laundry detergent, fabric softener, etc.

As a host I like to streamline EVERYTHING. I provide my guests with incredible instructions that make the checkin/checkout process much easier and faster than a hotel. I send you detailed instructions and a Youtube video right when you book the apartment.
