Built in 1940, this home feels like a visit to Grandma's; welcoming, relaxing, and peaceful. Visit with family and friends in the living room, or enjoy the swing couch on the front porch, all while admiring the breathtaking view of the historic Manti Temple right in front of you. A perfect place to stay for Temple occasions and the Pageant. The neighborhood is beautiful to walk through, and there are shops and restaurants just a few blocks away on Main Street. Welcome to Manti!
The perfect place to stay when visiting the Temple (across the street), Palisades State Park (15 min. away), and Snow College (8 min. away). We also rent the home (per room/per student) on a Snow College semester basis. Let us know if you are interested and we will send you the information.
*We do not have Sundays listed as available, but if you would like to book a consecutive Saturday night and Sunday night, please let us know. We will do our best to accommodate you.
Main floor: living room, kitchen, master bedroom, bathroom with shower and tub, laundry. Note: the bed in the master bedroom is higher than normal. There is a step stool in the kitchen closet if you need assistance.
A Smart TV will be available in the Living Room (you will need to use your own Netflix, AmazonVideo, etc., accounts to access shows.
Basement floor: 2 bedrooms- separated by a privacy curtain, bathroom with shower.
The stairs to basement rooms curve and are a little narrow.

No access to garage, furnace room, or storage closets. There is no back yard because the view from the front yard is so awesome!
*Note: during the pageant, there is no parking allowed on the street in front of the home. One car will be able to park in the driveway. We will provide an access pass to keep in your car while you stay during the pageant. Be sure to leave the pass on the table when you check-out so the next guests can use it. There will be additional parking in the nearby neighborhood if you have more than one car.
Also during the pageant: people will often ask if they can sit on the front lawn of the home to watch the pageant. It is fine with us if it is fine with you. There have not been problems in the past. Everyone is really nice.
Please: do not block the mailbox or trash cans (trash day is Tuesday).

Do to the age of the home (1940) there is lead paint on areas both inside and outside the home. Lead paint should not be ingested. Do not eat paint, or cause to be airborne and inhaled. Pregnant women and young children should take extra precaution. We have never had a problem with the lead paint.
