If you are travelling by car, there is off-street parking available i.e. bottom section of front garden. You can usually park in front of the property ... and it's free! The shared driveway should be kept clear at all times (unless loading / unloading).View of back of bungalow. The newly installed back gate (with fence) will be padlocked during your stay so the only access to the house will be via the front door, making you feel more secure during your stay.

My home is bright, spacious and clean. It is all on one floor and is private and secure at the end of a quiet cul-de-sac. It is easy to get to from any of the main roads coming into Brighton, whether it be the A23 or A27. It is suitable for families with children and small groups and I'm happy to help out with your stay as much as I can.

Maximum number of adults permitted during stay is 6.
My bungalow is ideal for couples or a large family (spanning generations) or 2 small families with children - a young child can feel reassured knowing that they can sleep in the same bedroom as their parent(s).
What makes my bungalow unique is that 6 people can sleep in their own bed but it can easily sleep up to 8 people (+ 1 more if 2 people were to share the kingsize airbed or if somebody slept on the long sofa).
Requests for large groups to stay at my home will not be granted if they consist of only men or only women.
You wouldn't need to deflate / re-inflate the airbed (if you're staying for more than 1 night) because it can easily be stored in Bedroom 3.
The 2 fold-up single beds can also be stored in Bedroom 3 (along with the kingsize airbed) during the day to allow the main living space to go back to normal. The fold-away beds are the same length as the main single bed but are slightly narrower.

My bungalow is all on one floor which is beneficial to guests who find it difficult getting up stairs. There is access to the back garden + garden furniture (i.e. 4 chairs and a table + 2 reclining chairs) can be left out if requested.
The only spaces you will not have access to will be a wardrobe (in Bedroom 1), the loft, the garage and the bathroom cupboard (but there will be space for you to store your toiletries in the bathroom cabinet).
Also, the top compartment of the freezer should be free for you to use during your stay but food found in the 3 freezer drawers are for my personal use only and should not be accessed by guests.
There will always be at least a couple of pints of (semi-skimmed) milk + butter / margarine in the fridge for you to consume during your stay.
There is a good selection of (brand name) cereals+ (Tetley) tea, (Nescafe) coffee and sugar + sweeteners in the kitchen cupboard which you are welcome to consume during your stay. Honey and strawberry jam + a variety of condiments (e.g. balsamic vinegar, Coleman's Mustard, Hellman's Mayonaise Light, Heinz Salad Cream Light and Tomato Kethcup) will also be available.

I am likely to be available throughout your stay as I will be staying with friends who live nearby. Therefore, I will be happy to assist you in whatever way I can and am only a phone call away.
There's a possibility that I may be able to provide you with transport to and from your destination should you be attending a wedding or other event nearby (depending on my availability, the number of guests and where you are going).

No loud music. No loud noise after 11pm. No barbecues. No parking on or in front of driveway (shared with my neighbour). I have a good relationship with my neighbours and would like to keep it this way so please be considerate of them and respectful of my home throughout your stay. My house is situated in a quiet and tranquil residential area so I ask that you make no noise at all on your way into the bungalow if you are returning late at night / in the early hours (after a night out). No Hen or Stag do's are to take place at my property. Apart from the designated guests, no other people should come into my bungalow or (front and back) gardens during your stay. No (face) glitter ... it gets everywhere!

Martin should be given a super host tag. He still does what I expect from Air B&B, checks you out, greets you personally and does everything to make you feel at home - from getting milk and variety pack cereals and having a bottle of Proseco in the fridge to even giving us a lift into Brighton. The place is spotelessly clean and very well located - a quick bus ride into the centre and amazing views. Thanks Martin!

Great location for exploring Brighton and Hove every thing is just a bus ride away - the bungalow is very clean and comfortable with every thing you could need - Your host Martin is more than happy to point you in the right direction with any questions you have and great communication about your stay and the area - I choose this location as my family live in the area and l would definitely be using it again - thank you for a great weekend

We had a very pleasant stay. The house is very clean and the garden is lovely. The kitchen is well equipped and the bath and shower works great. The house is on the hill and you get really great views. The neighbourhood is quiet so everyone had a good sleep.
