This privately owned, one-bedroom apartment will make you feel right at home with it's sun drenched windows, clean design of the living spaces, seperate study nook and expansive storage space. You’ll be able to relax, enjoy and unwind. All of this and a 10-15 minute walk to the heart of the Queen Victoria Markets and Errol Street. You will also have the luxury of having a car park within the building.

Living Space
This light and bright open concept apartment has a great modern feel. With the light calm colours of the furniture and the floor to ceiling windows, it’s hard not to feel at home. You are a great 43” Smart TV with Netflix. If you don’t want to watch TV, you can look beyond it to the sun-drenched evening views facing West.

Sleeping Space
The bedroom is a generous queen sized room. You have ample storage space and floor to ceiling windows. There is also a separate study nook so that you can work privately.

Eating Space
The kitchen has ample bench space to prepare any meal you can dream of. There is also storage galore so you can make yourself at home.

The dinning area is included in the one room concept. You have a ample sized dining table that can seat 4 people comfortably.

The bathroom is just off the bedroom’s study nook. There is ample space and always supplied with designer toiletries

Extra Space
There is a laundry cupboard in the dining area that has a separate sink and a washer dryer combo unit.

You also have your own private deck with Western facing views.

The Building
The building is in such a great location. You are moments to Errol street that has two of our favourite eateries, Mork for amazing chocolate and Auction Room that has a great breakfast and Lunch!

You will also have access to parking within the building.

**We do require Government Issue ID at time of check in. If you are not able to produce your ID, we legally cannot grant you access to the property.**

We are happy to check you in at any time. We do charge a $50 surcharge for check-ins from 22h00-08h00 as this is outside normal operating hours.

If you have a late flight, we have teamed up with a car service company that is able to check you in to avoid the surcharge. They will verify your ID, have you sign the required paperwork from LittleStay, and, finally, hand you the keys and information sheet that will help for a semi-self check-in. Their rates do vary so please let us know how many people and luggage and we will take care of the rest.

If you have any further inquiries, please don’t hesitate to ask prior to booking.

While we will try my best to accommodate earlier check in and later check out, we cannot guarantee your requests. Please inquire before booking.

Please Note: If we are not able to accommodate your early or late check in/out request, we can hold your luggage from 8am (08h00) until 6pm (18h00) at our office in North Melbourne. Alternatively, there are luggage lockers at Southern Cross Station that can store your belongings for 24 hours

If requesting a same day booking, please allow up to 2 hours from time of booking checking in.

The three Golden Rules to every LittleStay Property:

Throughly enjoyed our stay. Had 4 days in Melbourne as surprise treat for my sons birthday. The apartment was extremely well appointed with, with great space for the two. The apartment was perfectly located with the Flemington road tram stop just out the front. Tram 59 is only a 5 minute trip straight to Elizabeth st in the city, with a stop right in front of Queen Victoria markets. Highly recommend this property to any one looking to explore Melbourne as it location is perfect for inner city exploring. Have to say a big thank you to the guys at Little Stay. They were helpful, prompt and courteous throughout the entire process. We will definitely be back!!

Great apartment with easy access to Melbourne CBD. Located on a very busy road, and across from trams and Melbourne Hospital, but very quiet inside. The apartment was very clean and comfortable and made a great base to spend a week exploring Melbourne.

We had a great four days. The apartment is well appointed and very convenient to the Royal Childrens, Royal Womens, and Royal Melbourne hospitals. Tram stop just across the road is very handy, as is the proximity to an IGA and North Melbourne eateries. The double glazing blocks out most road noise but you do hear the trams. It wasn't that bad, but trams run late (and early) so it is worth considering if you're a light sleeper. Check-in/out and communication was excellent and seamless. Beds are such a personal choice, but pillows aren't particularly good quality and while we found the bed OK, it was not great. We would consider staying again.

Great place to stay in Melbourne. Very close to the city and as others have said this place is very quiet despite its proximity to Flemington Rd.
