Getting the key is not complicated at all. We usually leave the key with a store around the corner. Marie wanted to first move her booking up by a day and then also wanted to check in early. We agreed to all of this, saying our cleaning lady would be there to let them in and given them the keys as she would still be cleaning (during early check-in). However, Marie was over an hour late, so the cleaning lady left, leaving the keys at the shop. The guests sent us a text message only as they were arriving into Berlin saying they were late, which we didn’t immediately see. We called them back within 30 minutes and explained where the keys were. This was really not our fault. We always have plenty of space to hang clothes up as well as shelf space. It is the first time that anyone has mentioned that the stove is not intuitive. It’s very easy to use, but we will be sure to leave simple instructions for the future!
