Joe I’m very sorry you didn’t have the best experience. The wrong code was an honest mistake in typing from a phone. We do provide the WiFi code before checkin so that if there are any problems you can contact us via Airbnb messaging so we can help you right away. Ronny, Lauren, Kyndall, or myself would’ve gotten back with you right away. We do that because cell service is difficult. AT&T service does work though, if not at the condo at least within a mile or so.
We were not aware the stove wasn’t working properly, or we would have put the new one in that we keep for just such occasions.
We offer basic cooking utensils. If there was something you needed that was not there we would’ve been happy to bring you anything.
Communication is very important. It really works best though when both parties participate. For anyone reading this review, please know that we will do anything in our power to make you happy and to help you have a wonderful stay. Just let us know.
