If you want an authentic Cycladic house to stay in, this one would be very much recommended. You absolutely will need a car for this location. It was very tough to find the first day, but once we made it there we easily were able to landmark it such that we knew how to get back and forth. The host (Iliana) is very responsive and helped us find things around the house and also kept the place very clean. It was very much appreciated. There are some quirks that go along with this place as well (no toilet paper in the toilets, some current outages, etc.) But all were handled pretty easily and the views are to die for. The value we got here was unbelievable. We didn't find it difficult to make it into "town" from this location once we got to know the place. And there is a tavern not far from the house that serves some of the best local food we had on the island. All in all, if you are willing to put up with some of the quirks, you will get amazing value, a great space for a large family or group of friends, unbeatable sunsets and views.
