Cozy haven in one of the most vibrant parts of Bushwick! The space is a private, sun-drenched lofted bedroom in an apartment shared with me.
Close to great food (pizza, Ethiopian, Venezuelan) and nightlife (everything from bars to discos). Even better, it's only a 2 minute walk to the Jefferson L, so you can get to Manhattan in 15 minutes flat.
Excited to host and share my love of the neighborhood :)
My apartment is charming. I fell in love with it the first time I saw it, and I'm sure you will too.
Simple two-bedroom layout. You have a private room with a full-sized bed, bookshelf, under-bed relaxation space, and a hallway closet. The bathroom is only shared with me.
There is central heat in the winter, and in-window AC units for the summer
Pet-free. No elevator (free exercise) and no laundry in-building.
Accès des voyageurs
You have total access to the kitchen and living room. The kitchen is stocked with utensils, etc., so feel free to make meals, if so inclined!

I work a regular 10-6 for a startup in the City, and I'm home most evenings. I like the area a lot, so am happy to give you recommendations, or even join for a meal/drink if available.
I'm pretty fiendish when it comes to finding local events, and can usually provide suggestions for any night. I studied music in grad school, so seek out good music in particular. Anything from chamber music soirees to underground warehouse raves...I've got you covered.
I'm part of an employee discount program through my workplace. It gives me coupons for some great local restaurants, which I'm happy to share free of charge :)
I also get discounts on movie tickets, Broadway shows, sports games, etc. I don't usually use these, but if any of these things interest you, glad to let you take the discount.
I have a cold-brew maker (so you're welcome to coffee) and a 100+ year old sourdough starter (you're welcome to bread if I can ever perfect the recipe!)
- Generally, I like quiet hours from around midnight
- Having a friend over is fine, with a heads-up
Mid-20s guy with a love of music, community, and the intersection of the two. Recently back in NYC after completing a master's degree in music in England. Now I work a regular 10-6 for a startup. Love finding events in the area, good music in particular. I've had great Airbnb experiences when traveling in Europe, and am hoping to keep on contributing to the awesome Airbnb community back in the States.
