Entrance hallway with boot/shoe storage rack and coat hanging area which leads into the living area with doors to a seating area outside. Just off the living area is the kitchen/dining area and on the other side of the living area there is a utility/laundry room and separate toilet.
Upstairs, there are two double bedrooms and a bathroom with shower.

I won't be available in person but I do have our caretaker and your hostess (ANNA) available should she be needed. Her email and phone number are provided and she deals with bookings.
The outside seating area is raised and overlooking the lake and garden so it is advisable to make sure young children are supervised at all times.
As we are surrounded by beautiful countryside and trees, the evening time can bring the midges out, depending on the weather, using citronella candles and insect repellent if needed will sort this out.
