ABOUT THE CONDO
The light-filled living space of this airy 2BR/2BA condo opens onto a private balcony, which overlooks several pools, a lazy river, and the intercostal waterway.
You’ll enjoy all of the amenities of Phoenix on the Bay, including indoor and outdoor pools, an exercise room, sauna, hot tubs, as well as a grilling area, boat docks, tennis courts, and a putting green. You’re also next door to the Sportsman’s Marina and Shipps’ Harbour Grill restaurant.
The open-concept living space is flooded with light from floor to ceiling windows that span the length of the room. There’s a queen sleeper sofa, 44” TV, and comfy chairs to sink into. Mix up a drink from the well-stocked wet bar, featuring a mirrored backsplash.
A marble topped dining table seats 6, with a fully-equipped kitchen including a French-door fridge with ice maker. There are two stools at the breakfast bar, perfect for a casual snack.
With two bedrooms and a sofa that transforms to a queen bed, this condo can sleep six comfortably. Take the master bedroom and enjoy an indulgent en-suite bath with jetted tub. There’s also a large shower/tub combination in the guest bathroom, so everyone can have a soak. Both bedrooms have 40” flat screen TVs with satellite.
Feel free to pack light; a washer/dryer are in the unit for your convenience.
Guests can park in the open lot (with issued passes). Elevator access is available.
There’s no need to go far afield, with the Sportsman's Marina and Shipp's Harbour Grill Restaurant right next door. It’s a 10-minute drive to the public beach and The Wharf, where you can have a go on the Ferris Wheel, catch a show at the amphitheater, or browse the shops.
If you’d like to spent time on the water, there are plenty of places to hire a fishing charter or rent water skis. And once you’ve worked up an appetite in the fresh air, take advantage of the many eateries within a short stroll.

Cleaning: Each property will be cleaned and inspected after your departure. We ask you to help us enable the cleaning crews as much as possible. Simple things like leaving the property tidy, running the dishwasher, starting to wash the towels, and taking out the trash are expected of our guests.
If excessive wear and tear is found on property, or additional cleaning is necessary due to spills, trash left on site, unclean dishes, stains to furniture, carpeting, linens, paint, wallpaper, or flooring, Guest authorizes the Owner to bill them for additional fees. If at any time the maximum number of occupants is exceeded or if the Owner receives information about excessive noise, Owner has the right to evict Guest and all occupants immediately and to bill the guest a minimum service fee of $250. If any sign of smoking is discovered Guest authorizes the Owner to charge the guest a minimum $500 cleaning fee. Unless the rental policy specifically allows, if any sign of any pet is discovered Guest authorizes Owner to charge the guest an additional minimum $500 cleaning fee.
Properties are fully furnished properties that will include bedspreads, linens, blankets, pillows, towels, a fully equipped kitchen, TV, furnishings unless otherwise specified.
Travel Insurance is highly recommended for any stay.
