It's 20 mins. by train to Times Square, 15 mins. by car/uber to LaGuardia, and 25 mins to JFK. It is on a quiet block but walking distance from restaurants, grocery stores, and bars.
When you visit my place, you will have to access to a bright and sunny room with a full closet and full-sized bed.
You have access to all the kitchen appliances, can relax in the living room, and freshen up in a bigger-than-average NYC bathroom.
If you want to have a sound sleep, the apartment is in a quiet street with southern exposure. There is also rooftop access.
It is a 2-bedroom apartment where I live in the 2nd bedroom. Therefore, there are no other guests to worry about.

In the kitchen, I have a coffee machine, microwave, stove, refrigerator, plates, glasses, utensils, and bowls you can utilize.
In addition, I have the essentials for you to use: milk, coffee, tea, cereal, oatmeal, bread, and eggs.
Please remember to clean up if you use any of those items.

To keep the price of your stay low, excessive use of air-conditioning is strongly discouraged.
