Located on the 2nd floor, this one bedroom condo with hall bunks, and a sleeper sofa, features all the amenities of home. The fully equipped kitchen is great for preparing all your meals. This unit has a distinct beach feel. The living room features flat screened TV and DVD player.
The master bedroom is a full bedroom with a Queen sized bed. There is a flat screen TV and DVD player in the master bedroom. Built in twin bunk beds are located in the hallway. A queen sleeper sofa is in the living room. A washer and dryer are included so you can relish your vacation memories rather than do laundry when you get home.
The balcony features new outdoor table and chairs and a ceiling fan to stir the breeze while you are enjoying the peaceful serenity of a beautiful sunset.
Horizon South features incredible onsite amenities including 4 outdoor pools (one heated in the winter), kiddie pool, hot tub, tennis courts, shuffle board court, basketball court, horseshoe pits, laundry facilities, and onsite mini golf. Charcoal grills are available on our patios. Our clubhouse has pool tables, a fitness room, and offers complimentary WiFi for guests.
Our gated community is located 2.5 miles from Pier Park, which features shopping, dining and entertainment. We are conveniently located near Frank Brown Park, Aaron Bessant Park. Area attractions Wonderworks, St. Andrews State Park, Gulf World Marine Park, and Shipwreck Island Waterpark are all within easy driving range. Championship golf courses are just moments away.
Horizon South is located 12 miles from Northwest Florida Beaches International Airport. We are just a 15 minute drive to Inlet Beach, Rosemary Beach, Seacrest Beach, and Alys Beach. Ebro dog track is just a short drive from our gate.

* All boats, RV's and trailers must be parked in the parking area next to the maintenance building on a "first come, first served" basis. All units must have an authorization sticker.Approximately a 5-7 minute walk through the complex. The private beach is located across Front Beach Road.

Adherence to occupancy policies and limits is strictly enforced. These policies are in place for your safety, as well as the protection of the vacation home and the vacation rental industry. Make sure the information above regarding the number of adults, children 2 and over, and pets is correct. Violation of these policies (EMAIL HIDDEN) Inc. option, result in immediate eviction with complete forfeiture of all monies paid. Or, the credit card on file may be charged for maximum occupancy or double the guest fees-whichever is higher. Please get prior approval for any visitors and day guests or they will also be considered unauthorized guests. Thank you very much for your cooperation.

Check the Amenities Chart on our website to make sure you know what your rental is equipped with. We do not guarantee fire-starters/kindling at properties with fireplaces/wood-burning stoves.
Although properties are often equipped with some non-perishable food items and spices, we cannot guarantee they will be there. Please bring anything edible you may need during your stay. Dish soap and a starter supply of dishwasher soap ARE provided at properties with dishwashers.
Guests should bring their own toiletries. Each property will have 2 rolls of toilet tissue per bathroom, soap for every sink and shower, and 1 roll of paper towels in the kitchen. We will provide 1 set of towels per guest (plus a few extra sets just in case) at properties with a washer/dryer. Please bring any blankets or towels you plan on using outside.
Please make sure you are familiar with our cancelation policies and policies regarding service or amenity outages (see your Rental Agreement for all these).
Unless you opted out and instead put down a refundable security deposit, you have purchased our damage protection policy (see “damage waiver” attached) which covers you up to $1,000 in any accidental damage. Please report any damage to us immediately so we can begin the claims process as soon as possible.
We are a full-service rental company and want to make sure you are as happy as possible with your vacation. If you experience any issues at all during your stay, please call us! 9 out of 10 times we are able resolve your issue over the phone, within minutes, by directing you to back up supplies, instructions, etc. If not, we are happy to send someone to assist you in person.

FAQ: Smoking and Vaping is prohibited inside the condo unit, on balconies, patios, stairwells, walkways, pool and spa area, grassy areas and picnic area. The only area for smoking is the paved parking lot or on the beach. Violations of this rule will result in eviction. (Strictly Enforced)
