Just 1.4 miles from downtown Flagstaff or the University, and easy walking distance to restaurants and Whole Foods. Small yard with huge pines, small oaks, and a view of the 12,000-ft San Francisco Peaks. Abuts City open space. Without crossing a road you can visit the enchanting Flagstaff Labyrinth, and hike, bike, or run miles of trails. The 800-square-foot apartment is the ground floor unit in a triplex. The owners live on the same block and we love our diverse neighborhood.
We laid this out so we'd be happy spending a month here. Top quality appliances and furniture as good as we have in our own home. Full kitchen including range, microwave, dishwasher, full size refrigerator, full set of cookware, matching dishes, washer and dryer. Bathroom has a large shower but no bathtub. There is a 39” flat screen TV with Roku and internet hookup so you can use your Netflix or Hulu account. There is an HDMI cable to play videos from your device. There is no cable/dish TV service. A high-quality Sangean FM provides good audio; AUX cable lets you play you’re your phone or mp3 player. There are two steps up to the porch, which precludes access for most wheelchairs (sorry). Original art on the walls in every room.

The Flagstaff Community Labyrinth is a 4 minute walk on paths and trails (no street crossing); check out flagstafflabyrinth online. A path from your door leads to the prettiest trail in the 55-mile long Flagstaff Urban Trails System. You are a 7-minute walk from Whole Foods, Pita Jungle, Wildflower Breads, REI, and other upscale shopping.
We like children. Please contact us about bringing children and/or infants. The only problem is that the beds are high off the ground. most of the floor is sealed concrete. I worry about a mobile child under the age of 4 falling. Infants, not yet really mobile are fine. We are working on getting a bed appropriate for ages 8months to 4 yrs.
