Comfy bedroom in Point Breeze section of S philly with shared bathroom, central air, free on-street parking, and easy access to Center City. You'll enjoy bright afternoon sunshine in this quiet guest room ideally located in the back of the house. Long term guests are welcome.
This is a newly renovated home with central air, tall ceilings on the first floor, bamboo flooring and recessed lighting throughout, and new appliances and fixtures in bathroom and kitchen.
The queen sized bed is 'firm' with a removable 4" memory foam topper so the squishiness of the bed can be tailored to each guest. In the guest room there is a small dresser and hooks with some hangers to store your clothes, a suitcase rack, and a night stand with reading light and battery powered alarm clock.
Because I recently moved in there will likely be boxes, piles of books and some bare walls, please be patient as I attempt to unpack.

As you are a guest in my home I would love to get to know you a bit, so come say 'hi'! I work long, random hours, sometimes on the weekends. I may be lazing around the house all day or you may not see me at all. I ask that you be considerate of my occasional early bedtime, and in turn I'll do my best not to make too much noise when I wake up at 5am.
I have 3 cats who I attempt to keep out of the guest room but they sometimes sneak in. Even though I diligently clean my house I can guarantee that you will see cat hair! Their litter is out of the way, stashed in the basement.

Hi everyone! I recently left my job in the environmental field to become a nurse, and now I work in a hospital in Center City. I've lived in Philadelphia for 5 years and love this city, I can recommend fun things to do and tasty places to eat during your visit. I'm having such a great time hosting travelers in my home and meeting people from all over the world!
I consider myself a respectful, quiet and neat person.
