Very quiet area and a short drive to Old Montreal and downtown. St-Laurent street only a few blocks away. Amazing location for anything happening in Montreal. The apartment is spotless!

Fresh fruits and vegetables at the corner store and around the corner on Parc Ave. Café Olympico 1 block away (renowned for their amazing coffee) Schwartz's famous deli within walking distance (world's best Smoked meat) - 4 great little restaurants around the corner that are with 1-2 minutes walking and very well priced for great food!
2 pharmacies located within a few minutes walk along with a post office and the wine store. Beer can be bought at the corner until 11pm, as well as milk, eggs, bread etc... It's a little grocery store.
Weekend parking lot available from Friday 3pm to Monday 7am for free up the street 1 minute walk.

TV has Chromecast and can be hooked up to your computer or I-pad / I-phone wirelessly. Also, there are HDMI cables and a lightning adapter. There is no cable TV.
For those coming in with their own car there is parking available on the street without a permit typically in front of the house or just ask me and I can help out. Over the weekend meaning Friday Saturday and Sunday there is a large parking lot located up the street just a 30 second walk in which you can come and go as you please and park overnight as it is allowed for free.
