The condo offers a Queen & 2 Twin beds which allows for sleeping up to 4 guests & a washer/dryer is located in the unit for your convenience.
The Sea Village complex has one of the best reputations in town, having a wonderful walkable location and beautiful amenities, including an oceanfront pool and spa a well as a beautifully maintained courtyard complete with bbq grills and picnic tables. This is a lovingly and impeccably managed property. Charming tiki torches light your way in the evening to the central garden where the bbq's, picnic table, pool and spa are located.
There is a 3 night minimum stay / 10 night minimum during Christmas & Ironman. This is a non-smoking, no pets property.

9/4 to 9/11: Pre-construction staging/Minor Disruption
9/11 to 9/25: Main Construction Period, Install Ramp to Pool/No use of Pool, Courtyard or Barbeques. Significant Noise and Disruption
Half-day during Main Constructions Period (9/11 to 9/25 - actual date TBD): Building 1 Sewer Pipe Replacement/Significant Disruption but likely short-term. Water and sewer for Building 1 will be shut down during pipe replacement.
During Main Construction Period (9/11 to 9/25 - actual date TBD): Replacement of Other Sewer Pipes (not anticipated but may be needed)/Significant Disruption. Water an Sewer to affected building(s) will be shut down during pipe replacement. Duration TBD.
9/21 to 9/25: Repair an resealing or parking areas./Significant Disruption - No Parking Onsite; Access to units will be affected.
