The apartment has been completely refurbished to a very high standard. I've put in a hardwood oak parquet floor throughout that was reclaimed from an old church. The theme is a warm industrial look making it quite unique. All appliances are new and top quality. The electric fire is a retro looking Red Smeg unit
The Bord Gais Energy theatre is literally next door. The Aviva Statium, 3 Arena and The Conference Centre are all within close walking distances.

The electric fire is a retro looking Red Smeg unit that provides a really lovely atmosphere at night and provides generous heat when required.
The apartment benefits from vast amounts of natural light and solar gain as it's on the top floor and south facing.
It's surrounded by bars, restaurants, hotels, gyms and coffee shops with easy access to the city centre.
Grand Canal Dock is a vibrant area with plenty to do and see.

Great location for visiting Dublin- walking distance to all major attractions. The apartment itself is lovely and the big south facing balcony is an added bonus.

Really enjoyed staying here, the flat is done to a high spec and very comfortable with everything you'd need. Gerard was great with communication.

Gerard's apartment was in fantastic condition (really high spec) and a great location if you're attending anything in the Grand Canal Dock area. KC Peaches for breakfast across the road is ideal and will definitely be back if in Dublin again.
