Our open flat is in the foodie lovers' side of town. Originally a Victorian school; it's bright, charming, and has great access to the city centre via walking or bus. Surrounded by the best restaurants (including two Michelin stars) and quirky shops; the flat has bags of character and can easily hold 4 people. Very secure in a gated area also. It is 20 seconds walk to the nearest bus stop and then 15 minutes to Waverley. Also close to the new bus route to the airport (B100). Excellent location!
Beautiful 19th Century Listed school building converted into modern flats. Two floors; one main bedroom and a mezzanine with a very comfortable sofa-bed (my pregnant wife slept on it for 6 weeks whilst we waited for our bed to be delivered!), two bathrooms (one shower and one bath).
Open living room, kitchen, and dining room. It's a great family space. There is also an air bed if needed which I have left in the flat along with the pump.

Quiet block of flats therefore no noise late into the night please in order to respect the neighbours.
Balcony has a metal rope railing so children should be supervised when near balcony.
