This newly decorated unit is located on the beach in the heart of Myrtle Beach and close to dining, shopping, entertainment and within walking distance of them all. It has been recently painted and updated with new bedspreads, cabinets and counter tops in the kitchen. It has an beautiful view of the ocean from the private balcony and has that cozy feeling of home.

Parking is provided for one vehicle in the parking deck across the street. There is limited oversize vehicle parking on the first floor of the deck.

You must be 25 years of age to book or register in this unit. Government issued photo ID will be required to book instantly. Anyone under the age of 25 must be accompanied by an adult 25 years of age or older and the unit must be registered to that adult. This is a non-smoking property and is not allowed anywhere on site including the balconies. For your security the building’s doors are locked at all times and it will be necessary for you to use the white pass card key to enter the elevator entrances 24 hours a day. The lobby entrances are always open. If you lose your key, you will need to call us to get you another one. There is a $25 charge for these keys from the HOA so please take good care of them. You unit has been stocked with basic amenities to get you started. If you need any additional items such as toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags, shampoo, etc… please visit one of the nearby grocery or drug stores in the area. Please understand the front desk staff members in the lobby work for another rental company and are here to service their rental customers only. Also keep in mind that the housekeepers you see in the hallways are employees of the onsite rental company as well and can not give you amenities such as towels or sheets. Since you are renting directly from the Owner you will need to call us if you have a problem with the unit or have any other questions or needs. Linens and towels are available on a daily basis for an additional fee. You should make arrangements for these as early as possible as same day service is not always available. Please take all trash to the trash receptacle located at the rear of the ground level of the parking deck. Do not set trash outside your door as it will leak on the floor resulting in a charge from the HOA to clean the floor. You will be charged if this occurs. Thank you in advance for your cooperation in this matter. The pools close each night at 11 PM. They open at 9 AM. Quiet hours are from 11 PM until 8 AM. Please abide by these hours and be considerate of your neighbors. If security is called for noise you will be given one warning. If called a second time you will be asked to leave without the possibility of a refund. If you have any questions while you are here please call us. We want your stay to be fun and carefree. If you have issues with neighbors making noise or smoking and bothering you, call us. We will have them warned and removed from the building if they do not abide by the request. We are available 24 hours a day so do not hesitate to call us with an issue. Please place all used towels in the bathtub before you depart as this helps housekeeping when they come in to clean the unit.

This place was a great weekend getaway for me and my friends. Right on the beach and within walking distance to the boardwalk. Highly recommend!

Our small family really enjoyed our stay in this condo unit. We appreciated Kay's quick initial response which allowed us to get our plans together quickly. Her instructions were clear so self check-in, parking, coming and going were all easy. The unit was simple and clean. We loved the ocean view from the side balcony, the easy access to the beach and the two pools/hot tubs in the complex for evenings. We also used that balcony view to see how the beach was filling up and when to pop down and plant our We were able to cook some nice meals in and relax in the living space. WiFi & TV both worked fine. We liked the location because it was lively with restaurants, shops, mini-golf and ice-cream parlors within walking distance but quieter than the boardwalk further south. Although we didn't meet her in person, Kay was a responsive, welcoming host who made herself available should any problems arise. None did.

This was probably the easiest and most simple experience I have encountered. The room was great with easy access and had everything we needed! If we had questions Kay responded almost immediately with assistance right away. Recommend to anyone! Thank you again Kay!

Place was not clean when we arrived. I do not believe it was the renters fault though. This place is a privately owned hotel room so regular room cleaning and trash service is independent. Had to take the trash across the street to dump it. Other than that the place was fine. Decent value and within walking/biking distance of most places.

Kay was fantastic as a Host. She took care of us since the beginning, letting us know everything about the place and also providing a smooth check in process. I do recommend staying at one of her places. Amazing value for the price paid. I look forward to returning to one of Kay's beach front rental properties.

I am retired from the school system and love meeting and helping new people have a great experience when they rent their vacation home. I get such a great feeling knowing that every guest gets what they expected and that they have a getaway they will remember for many years to come. I love my grandchildren and my doggies. I read a lot and I like to travel to new and exciting places. We have been very lucky to have traveled to almost every state and major city in the US. We have traveled out of the country as well but there's no place like home!
