This amazing privately owned 2-bedroom cornerl apartment will make you not want to leave. With the rich decor and comfortable clean lines in the living spaces, you’ll be able to relax, enjoy and entertain with views up La Trobe street and Elizabeth street. The location is absolutely perfect. You are opposite Melbourne Central with free transport to any part of the CBD.

Living Space
The lounge has a great partially open concept with a modern, luxurious design. You will fall in love with the floor to ceiling windows We really wanted you to have a comfortable space so used various accents of woods and deep, rich colours to create your lounge. The lounge has a 50” Smart HDTV with Netflix and a great Harmon Kardon sound system that can been seen and heard from the dinning room and kitchen.

Sleeping Space
Both bedrooms are a comfortable size with heaps of storage space and views galore.

The larger bedroom features a great walnut desk with views of some of Melbourne’s famous landmarks. We have styled the bedroom with rich textures of white and charcoal for a relaxing nights rest.

The second bedroom has soft muted colours to relax you after a full day of shopping.

Eating Space
Open to the lounge is a dining room that can seat 4-5 people comfortably. You will surely have a great backdrop for a nice dinner in for a romantic evening with all the views. The kitchen has all of the essentials you need to whip up a meal and plenty of cupboard space for the extended stays.

Extra Space
You will have the pleasure of having a private balcony in this beautiful apartment.
There is also a washer/dryer combo located just beside the kitchen.

An added bonus is there a car park with this property so you will be able to park your car in a fully secure car park. Reservation is required. We do not guarantee the car park will be available if someone else has booked it. Please contact prior. Only one garage fob is issued.

The Building
The building itself is a great metropolitan style complex. You will have full access to a residence lounge to relax should you want to escape the apartment.

We are happy to check you in at any time. We do charge a $50 surcharge for check-ins from 22h00-08h00 as this is outside normal operating hours.

If you have a late flight, we have teamed up with a car service company that is able to check you in to avoid the surcharge. They will verify your ID, have you sign the required paperwork from LittleStay, and, finally, hand you the keys and information sheet that will help for a semi-self check-in. Their rates do vary so please let us know how many people and luggage and we will take care of the rest.

If you have any further inquiries, please don’t hesitate to ask prior to booking.

While we will try my best to accommodate earlier check in and later check out, we cannot guarantee your requests. Please inquire before booking.

Please Note: If we are not able to accommodate your early or late check in/out request, we can hold your luggage from 8am (08h00) until 6pm (18h00) at our office in North Melbourne. Alternatively, there are luggage lockers at Southern Cross Station that can store your belongings for 24 hours

If requesting a same day booking, please allow up to 2 hours from time of booking checking in.

Little stay we're an amazing host. Good location and an amazing view of the city. The apartment was as pictured and was very clean. They didn't disappoint! Definitely recommend staying here :)

The apartment was beautifully furnished and decorated, had a great view from all rooms, and was in a great location. Right in the middle of Melbourne CBD, 5-10 minutes walk to anywhere we wanted to go in the CBD. Mario and the whole LittleStays team were fantastic hosts, and were very accommodating and welcoming.

Absolutely loved our stay with Littlestay for 7 nights in Melbourne. Location is fantastic, the view is absolutely stunning all throughout the day and the home is cosy and clean and sufficient for us. We thank the staff for waiting around while we got lost trying to look for the apartment. Apologies for the wait and we'd love to be back to stay again. It is very value for money!

Highly recommend and will book again ! The apartment is brand new, absolutely immaculate and has been furnished beautifully. It has fantastic views, the photos don't do it justice. Excellent location with free tram stops right out the front and the train is a 2min walk. You can catch the train to and from southern cross station. Coles and Woolworths is a 2 min walk. Walking distance to all major cbd shopping malls, eateries and entertainment yet still very quiet up in the apartment. The host was excellent and very accomodating. Excellent communication and I would highly recommend anyone staying here. We would love to comeback.
