A lovely and lively picturesque loft in the center Over-the-Rhine neighborhood in downtown Cincinnati with over 2,500 square feet full of unique antique and vintage finds. Located behind Washington Park and Music Hall with a beautiful west side view of Union Terminal, this massive loft with high ceilings and huge windows is an open-air oasis, fit for relaxing and spreading out. Think: Warlholian grandeur, artistic character, and just a hint of Pee Wee’s Playhouse (for adults, of course).
The loft is located on Central Parkway just about a 4 minute walk from the hip Vine Street district, and it’s very close to all of downtown Cincinnati’s attractions. A former textile factory, the building retains some of that character with a large freight elevator common space just outside the front door of the loft and a large fire escape outside of the unit.
The interior of the flat has a large open kitchen, a recently renovated bathroom, a dining area and a chill out space with a bare white wall plenty big enough for movie projection. There are three separate fully furnished bedrooms.
For me, the loft is about relaxing, indulging, and living life a little more playfully. Pendant lights hang and sparkle, and plants are scattered about (no need to worry about watering). The chill out space is all about unwinding (I particularly like the original Eames leather lounge chair). The record collection, featuring all genres, decades, and manner of style, is available for perusing and playing on the Crosley portable record player. Books, tarot cards, and an antique piano are ready to use too (just keep piano playing during daylight only). The hanging hammock is perfect for peaceful moments of swinging solitude...if you’re less than 150 pounds. The kitchen is stocked and ready for cooking. There’s a breakfast table in the kitchen, as well as a large industrial rectangular dining table for eating, congregating, and carrying on. I want you to to truly enjoy your time here and feel as though this space is a warm, comfortable, and inviting introduction to Cincinnati...and to happiness.
1 full size bed
2 bedside tables with lamps
2 shelving units
1 desk with desk chair and lamp
1 flat screen tv with streaming capabilities
Fresh Towels / Blow Dryer
The bathroom has a shower stall, small vanity with mirror and will be set out with nice soaps, shampoo, conditioner and towels for your arrival. Equipped with a washer and dryer for laundry. Guests have access to use laundry detergent and softener during their stay.
The loft also boasts a variety of artwork on the walls, from 1960’s Expressionism to Warhol style repetitive abstracts, drawings and movie posters.
It may not be your average (must I say, traditional) apartment but I feel for certain it has a whole lotta big city charm and is a cool SUPER CENTRAL spot for your visit to Cincinnati. Not a place designed for children. PLEASE KEEP IN MIND---> this is an old building. Therefore, the walls, floors and ceilings are super thin. You can easily hear people talking and walking above and below. If you are looking for a quiet space, this may not be for you.

I’m fully committed to making your experience a great one! I'm readily available to assist you during your stay, just shoot me a message or give me a ring.
Please note: In the hot summer months, my loft stays pretty cool. If you are looking for a frozen (air conditioned) tundra - this may not be the place for you. :)
Also, I have one beautiful 13 year old orange Maine Coon cat. Her name is Kooda. She's super cool and the love of my life. She's somewhat sociable, but can be somewhat stand offish at times. Generally, she spends most of her time sleeping in my bedroom. Just a heads up, in case you see her roaming around :)
- No Smoking, pretty please :) No parties or events. No children please. No pets. No photo shoots unless previously authorized. Please email (EMAIL HIDDEN) for inquiries on renting space for photo shoots. No loud music after 9:30pm Sunday through Thursday. No loud music after 11pm on Fridays and Saturday (Please respect my neighbors - they are awesome! And I want to stay in their good graces ;) PLEASE REMOVE HIGH HEELED SHOES OR ANY SHOES THAT WILL SCRAP WHITE FLOORS OR MAKE UNNECESSARY NOISE FOR THE NEIGHBORS BELOW. Do not hang out on fire escape. During the summer months, AC units will run 24 hours a day. (Keep the windows closed as much as you can on the warm summer days. The loft heats up fairly quickly during the day because of all the windows.) Check-in time is 3PM. (Message me if you need earlier check in. Depending on availability, I may be able to accommodate.) Please leave the loft as tidy as you found it. If anything is broken during your stay, please notify me before you check out. Feel free to use anything you need to make your stay the happiest and most comfortable.

To have me as a guest:
I'm a super chill, self-efficient, friendly guest. Most importantly, I'm very respectful and follow all house rules. Also, I am all about exploring a new city and meeting new people! That being said, I spend very little time in the apartment or hotel room. My traveling style is mostly vibe based. I'm not a planner, I just follow the good vibes and always stumble upon some unforeseen adventure!
