This is a cool place set up about 10-15 min from the marina are. It is good for the value, however, we found that we needed to rent a car due to the distance and walking in the heat was not fun. It is off of a dirt road with some sizable gullies etc so just fyi you'll have to drive over them. The tub is nice! It is not cold but not really hot either. It is more just warm. The view is pretty great and having a balcony was very nice! The AC was great and much needed since it was really hot. The bathroom does not have any AC or vent so it gets hot in there and we had to crack a little window in the top corner for some air flow. I wish we would have known when the cleaning lady was going to come so we could get things ready for her. Also, we came back and found the door unlocked twice and we always made sure it was locked when we left. Nothing was ever missing but just would rather it be locked when we were gone to know our things were safe. Other then that we enjoyed our stay!

Oh my goodness! I had such an amazing time and enjoyed our stay at this location we decided to stay 2 extra days! The host was superrrr helpful with giving us two extra nights and making us feel at home! This location has an amazing view! It's very quiet and very relaxing! I couldn't have asked for a better vacation!

Overall good stay. The owner was responsive prior to the trip but once we got there it dropped. We couldn't find the owner when we checked in and by fortune, ran into housekeeping who gave us the key but she spoke no English so it was hard to figure out logistics. The place was very hard to find. You have to go up a dirt road. Tried calling and messaging the owner but no response. Definitely get the owner's (SENSITIVE CONTENTS HIDDEN). Good view at night though and fairly close to downtown. Had to ask housecleaning to clean our rooms during our stay

This is condo hotel and in description of booking is clearly stated that guests do not have direct contact with the owner, but with the employees in charge. If guests request cleaning earlier, we can always reschedule it, just by contacting us, as you did and we came right away, so you got immediately cleaning service. Also, it is very important that via Airbnb we charge cleaning fee that indeed is charge for one cleaning service, but we provide without charge additional cleaning service to our guests every second day. Awesome experience great spot for a great price. Only wished wifi worked a bit better but other then that it was great.

AWESOME!!! Everything was great this will be my new home away from home when I go to Cabo which is at least 2x a year. Everything was perfect ... no complaints what's so ever. WELL RECOMMENDED
