This retro 1 bedroom apartment will make you feel like you’re living in the 50’s with all the modern conveniences of today. You’ll love the views from the large art deco windows that overlook Swanston St and town hall. The location is absolutely perfect. You are moments to everything you could possibly want and then some things you didn't know you wanted. You are minutes to the famous Flinders Station and the Yarra River. Come home to Capitol. The lounge is a fun old school vibe. With the huge art deco windows that lets the morning sun cascade onto the midcentury inspired furniture. You’ll find yourself right at home lounging on large and comfortable sofa watching Netflix or relaxing on the plush bean chair with a book. But we suggest turning the bean chair around and taking in the amazing view of one of Melbourne’s oldest buildings, Town Hall.
The bedroom is a cozy space that has room to move around. The bed has a mixture of textures to make your nights rest more enjoyable. You will fall right to sleep with the sateen cotton sheets and duvet.
This apartment has a large galley style kitchen with all your needs in mind. There is ample storage and a dishwasher. All you will need to do is bring your food to cook up a great meal… Or pop in last nights meal into the microwave. Just off the kitchen is a 4 seat dining table to have a meal or play a game of cards.
The bathroom has everything you could need including a washer/dryer combo. Since you’re staying with LittleStay, we provide all designer toiletries to pamper yourself with.

The building is a heritage-listed building just opposite Town Hall. You have ample eateries, shopping and entertainment within this complex and are in the heart of Melbourne.

**We do require Government Issue ID at time of check in. If you are not able to produce your ID, we legally cannot grant you access to the property.**
We are happy to check you in at any time. We do charge a $50 surcharge for check-ins from 22h00-08h00 as this is outside normal operating hours.
If you have a late flight, we have teamed up with a car service company that is able to check you in to avoid the surcharge. They will verify your ID, have you sign the required paperwork from LittleStay, and, finally, hand you the keys and information sheet that will help for a semi-self check-in. Their rates do vary so please let us know how many people and luggage and we will take care of the rest.

While we will try my best to accommodate earlier check in and later check out, we cannot guarantee your requests. Please inquire before booking.
Please Note: If we are not able to accommodate your early or late check in/out request, we can hold your luggage from 8am (08h00) until 6pm (18h00) at our office in North Melbourne. Alternatively, there are luggage lockers at Southern Cross Station that can store your belongings for 24 hours
If requesting a same day booking, please allow up to 2 hours from time of booking checking in.
