The loft apartment is a fantastic space that's all been newly refurbished to a very high specification. With views over Brandon Hill, the apartment is light, bright and spacious and has a stunning open plan living area, with a dining table and full integrated kitchen and high ceilings with wooden beams.
The apartment has two spacious bedrooms both with their own bathroom. The master bedroom has a large en-suite bathroom with shower. And the second bedroom has a separate bathroom also with its own shower just down the hall. Both bathrooms are new and have power showers. The second bedroom can be made into a double bed or single bed (which ever guests prefer) and also has a desk space for working.

Guests have access to the entire loft apartment and have use of wifi, washer, dryer, ironing board, iron and all kitchen appliances you'd expect in an apartment. Please note there is no private parking with this flat, just paid for on-street parking.

We provide guests with key safe details so they can access the loft apartment when suits them and a guide to the local area. We live locally, so are on hand, but tend to leave guests to enjoy their stay.
The second bedroom can be made as a double bed or single bed on request. The flat doesn't come with parking, however there is paid for on street parking available on Great George Street and free parking on weekends in Clifton. We like guests who want to enjoy Bristol and all it has to offer. We don't allow parties.
We like our neighbours so do ask you to not be noisy after 10pm. Small pets are allowed, please provide more details when enquiring and booking to confirm this.

I'm in my mid 30's and I'd like to think I was an early (ish) adopter of Airbnb! I've used Airbnb to not only rent out properties but for travelling too and experiencing cities and countries like a true local with all the home comforts you could need. I know how to host a guest well and also what makes a good Airbnb to stay in. I also love meeting people and helping people to enjoy an area they are visiting.
