The house is semi-detached within a popular residential area of kendal in close proximity to the town centre (10 minute walk). The property is two storey, it has 3 bedrooms (2 double, 1 single), a spacious living room and open plan kitchen/diner. The property has a bathroom with bath and separate shower and has an additional toilet downstairs. There is also a large storage facility for bikes and outdoor gear. Plenty of parking is available on our quiet residential street to the front of the property. There's lots of accomodating space for furry friends and we have our own cat and dog.

Myself and my partner can be as active in your experience as you'd like. We'll offer breakfast at the start of the day and leave guests with a key to access the property whenever. If you would like some help to explore the lakes we can offer maps or free guided tours (running/walking/driving) to get out and about.
Please note we have a lovable dog and cat that will be in the property, they're both extremely friendly and will fall asleep on you in front of the log-burner!
