We had a great time in Helens apartment. Everything was as described and the communication with Helen was quite simple. The apartment is located really centrally, I would recommend it to everybody.

A well maintained, comfortable house for two to four people. Very close to St.Pauls and very easy to walk to all the major attractions and take a ferry directly to the other side towards the Tower of London. Check in and check out was very easy. And the house was kept very well. I had a great nights sleep after a long day of roaming around.

Helen was really nice and communicative before we got to the apartment, unfortunately after we checked in the communication was pretty harsh maybe because Helen was not feeling well at the time. The apartment is not what it looks like in pictures. It is much smaller, the porch view is to a office building right in front, there was not enough towels for all the three of us and communicating Helen was pretty rough, when asking for another towel we were promised that the cleaner will leave another one in the room till we're back what eventually never happened. The shower has no portable douche which made it very difficult with our 3.5 years old kid. There's no shower carpet, so the floor is very slippery after shower and the only option was to lay one of the towels on the floor to suck all the water spilled out which was not an option for us since we didn't have enough towels anyway. The apartment has the very minimum equipment in it and it is located in a distance from any supermarket where you can buy groceries to fill in the fridge. The overall experience was pretty lame, we felt glad that we had to spend only 1.5 days in this apartment before living out. I think you can find a hotel rooms for the same price with more value for money (like quick and direct room service, at least one tea bag near a clean tea cup and more kids friendly shower douche and better location).

An extra towel was requested on the last night and was delivered the next morning, but I believe Doron checked out early. Communication was quick and friendly at all times. There is a Sainsburys store 2 minutes walk from the apartment. The apartment is located very centrally so I am surprised by this feedback.

The apartment is in a great location - steps from public transport, restaurants, grocery and few minutes walk from St. Paul's. It was clean, well furnished and comfortable. Cosy yet spacious for our family of 4.
