Échanges avec les voyageurs
As often as possible we try to welcome our guests showing them apartment and interact. However, sometimes due to other professional commitments and diverse arrival timings we are not able to meet on first day. We are also understanding towards guests, that you want to rest after their arrival and they would prefer to meet another day - we are happy to leave keys for you nearby home and they can be collected 24h/7.
We guarantee that a contact person of our team will remain available at any time during your stay – you will meet her in person once you check in.
We want to make you feel comfortable and ensure that the apartment is in best clean condition and it's equipped with enough clean and fresh towels and bed linen. We treat hygiene and cleanness as our priority.
A baby chair, baby bath, baby dresser changing unit and toys are available as per advanced request.
Toddlers (max. 2) are free of charge. Children (older than 2 years) count as full / paying guests and must be indicated at the time of booking.
Obligations of the tenant
The tenant is obligated to treat the holiday apartment, including all the appliances in it, with care. Any damage noted in the apartment right after the arrival, any damage caused by the guests or their visitors is to be reported to the host immediately. The damage must be replaced by the host and the guest will be charged for any of damages in the flat. In case of the loss of the keys the tenant is obliged to replace the resulting costs and damages.
The usage of the air-condition and keeping windows open the same time is not allowed. The guests are asked to ensure that all the electrical amenities are switched off and to close the windows when leaving the flat.
Parties and events in the apartment and on the terrace are not permitted.
All rooms are Non smoking areas.
Dispose of any garbage in the containers provided for this purpose.
Please remain quiet inside the apartment and on the terrace between 9pm and 8am.
The host is not liable for damages in case of burglary or theft on the property of the guest.
Cancellation of the rental agreement is also possible if the use of force majeure such as natural catastrophes, fire, etc. is made considerably more difficult or at risk. The rental fee paid for the remaining term of the lease will be reimbursed in this case. Any further claims are excluded.
Cancellation by the host
The tenancy agreement may be terminated without notice by the host if tenants or fellow travelers are disruptively behaving in such a way that their stay in the apartment can not be expected of the neighbors of the house. Likewise, the further inclusion of additional persons is an immediate termination notice and for the duration of the contravening use the landlord can demand a reasonable surcharge for the over-allocation.
During the winter months, be considerate towards the environment and don't turn the heating up higher than 22 degrees Celsius.
Make sure that after each usage the sauna and chimney are safely switched off.
If the house rules are not followed, I retain the right to ask you to leave without a refund.
Additional fees (optional):
EARLY CHECK-IN: (upon availability): 10 euros/person
LATE CHECK-OUT: agreed IN ADVANCE: 10 euros/person
If there is no agreement and the guests are delayed - 1 euro / for each 1 min. delay. First 15 minutes of the delay are accepted as free of charge if the towels and bedsheets are available to be washed and if the upstair floor is ready to be cleaned.
LOST KEY REPLACEMENT: as per a bill.
