ABOUT THE HOUSE
In the living room, the blue paneled wall complements the white brick fireplace. Curl up on the leather sectional to watch the 32” flat screen TV with cable. Two wingback wicker chairs sit in front of a bay window, providing the perfect spot for reading or playing a board game.
White and bright, the kitchen is fully equipped with all of the cooking utensils you’ll need for easy meal prep. The high-top table with four chairs is the ideal place to sit while sipping morning coffee or enjoying an afternoon snack.
The large dining room features coral-colored walls, two buffets, and an eight-person table.
Nautical colors and natural light create a cheery atmosphere in the sunroom, which has a four-seat table. Great for entertaining, the big wraparound back deck has plenty of space for al fresco dining. On it you will find a Weber gas grill and seating for six, and the backyard has a hammock for afternoon siestas.
With four bedrooms, the two-story home sleeps eight comfortably. One bedroom is on the main floor, the others are upstairs.
The main floor bedroom has a full bed, dresser, and bookcase. Next door, a full bath includes a corner shower.
Upstairs, crisp white bedding and vivid throw pillows outfit the master bedroom’s queen bed. There is a 24” flat screen TV with cable, plus a dresser and luggage rack.
One of the upstairs guest bedrooms is furnished with two twin beds, the other has a queen bed and dormer windows. All of the upstairs bedrooms share a full bath with tub/shower combination and built-in medicine cabinet.
Household amenities include parking for four cars in the driveway, free Wi-Fi, and a washer/dryer in the basement.
Load up the beach gear and make the short trip to Oyster Pond Beach, where you can soak up the sun, swim in the gentle waves, and look for sea shells. Hardings Beach on the Sound and Lighthouse Beach on the ocean are just 2 miles away.
When you don’t feel like cooking, downtown Chatham is 1.5 miles away. There, you’ll find delicious restaurants like Bistro on Main and the Wild Goose Tavern.
The home is two-tenths of a mile from the Old Colony Rail Trail, which connects to the Cape Cod Rail Trail. This 25-mile trail travels between South Dennis and Wellfleet, passing through scenic areas like Nickerson State Park.

Cleaning: Each property will be cleaned and inspected after your departure. We ask you to help us enable the cleaning crews as much as possible. Simple things like leaving the property tidy, running the dishwasher, starting to wash the towels, and taking out the trash are expected of our guests.
If excessive wear and tear is found on property, or additional cleaning is necessary due to spills, trash left on site, unclean dishes, stains to furniture, carpeting, linens, paint, wallpaper, or flooring, Guest authorizes the Owner to bill them for additional fees. If at any time the maximum number of occupants is exceeded or if the Owner receives information about excessive noise, Owner has the right to evict Guest and all occupants immediately and to bill the guest a minimum service fee of $250. If any sign of smoking is discovered Guest authorizes the Owner to charge the guest a minimum $500 cleaning fee. Unless the rental policy specifically allows, if any sign of any pet is discovered Guest authorizes Owner to charge the guest an additional minimum $500 cleaning fee.
Properties are fully furnished properties that will include bedspreads, linens, blankets, pillows, towels, a fully equipped kitchen, TV, furnishings unless otherwise specified.
Travel Insurance is highly recommended for any stay.
